We strive to make your order experience as cost effective and stress free as possible. Through our vast networks of warehousing across Canada we are able to offer Free Standard 2-10 business day delivery on all orders Canada Wide.

Please note:
that there is a 1-2 day period to process your order and time to discuss
any special accommodations that need to be made to ensure you can
safely bring your item(s) inside on your own (or with a few helping hands).

Please note:
If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we’ll deliver to the front door of
your apartment whenever possible. Some multi-tenant buildings are restricting
access to non-residents — in these cases, our team will deliver to the closest
point to your home that they’re safely able to.

Please note:
larger parcels only such as dining tables and sofas) For apartment buildings
and condominium complexes the courier will deliver the package to the front
door of your lobby.

In-Room Delivery

We’ve temporarily disabled in-room and assembly delivery options to ensure we can maintain a social distance during your delivery.

Please Note:
that flat rate shipping, free shipping, and other discounts do not apply outside
of Hoft Homes standard delivery area. Free shipping for orders $100+ is not
applicable to trade or business purchases; regular rates apply

Out Of Stock

If you notice an “in stock in X weeks” notice on the product page, you’ll still be provided with an estimated delivery window during checkout. This delivery window is subject to delays caused in-transit. We will notify you via email of any delays once the product is on its way from the manufacturer to our warehouse

Order Holds & Delivery Date Requests

If you’d like to receive your order at a later date than the estimated delivery window, you can add special instructions at the cart page or send us an email info@hofthome.com. Please include the date you’d prefer delivery on (or after)
and we’ll place a temporary hold on your order. We can certainly hold items for you to meet your desired delivery date. While we’re unable to guarantee an exact delivery date, we do our absolute best to ensure delivery within a 2-3 day window.

Please Note:
If an item is currently out of stock and it is for pre order please keep in mind you will be unable to request a delivery date that is before the estimated arrival date.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains several items, we typically wait until your entire order is in stock before shipping it out to ensure one delivery date. If you would like for us to send out the in stock item prior to the other items please get in touch with us. As we have five operating warehouses across Canada, it is possible that parts of your orders are stocked in different locations. Due to this it is possible that your items will arrive at different dates, but we will do our best to have your order arrive together.

Please note:
that if you live outside of our standard shipping area, additional shipping charges may apply. We may choose to split smaller items which will be shipped separately via courier (FedEx), (Canpar), (UPS) etc. which may mean you'll receive them sooner than other pieces in your order.

Refused Delivery

Please let us know if you have refused your order at the time of delivery and we’ll be happy to process an exchange for another item that suits your space better. In this case, we won’t charge additional shipping fees, and will simply charge or refund you any difference in price between the products. If the item was refused due to damage or defect, please send us photos so we can review and resolve the issue. Otherwise, refused orders will be processed as a return. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, you'll be issued a refund of the item's price minus the return shipping cost. If we don’t receive notice of a refused delivery from you, there could be a delay in issuing the refund.

Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area

We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us. However, some areas are significantly more expensive for us to ship to than others, so additional fees may apply due to the additional fuel and labor costs involved in reaching your area. As we do offer free Shipping Canada Wide This is a very rare occurrence but unfortunately can indeed happen.
Only applies to orders to remote areas of (Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavut), and other locations outside of our standard service area are subject to additional shipping fees. After your order is placed you will be notified via email if this applies and you will be provided with a freight quote and at this time you can decide to move forward with additional cost or cancel your order and you will be refunded in full.

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, simply contact us and we will cancel your order right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll arrange a full refund. If it has shipped, a return shipping fee will apply to ship the item back to us. It may take up to 1-5 business days depending on your credit card provider for your refund
to be reflected on your balance.

Unboxing and Box Removal

To avoid complications in the event you’d like to exchange or return your item(s), we ask that you or our delivery partners do not dispose of order boxes. Until you’re certain your Höft Home piece is right for you, We recommend folding the box(es) flat, and storing the additional packing materials.
